In order to provide the best solution for your needs, On The Go Business Services offer flexible pricing structure, which allows you to decide how you want to pay for our services.

We prefer to base our prices on the individual task, as every business's need is different. We ask that you provide us with as many details as possible, in order that we may provide the most suitable price for your assignment, so please email us with your requirements.Choose from the following rates:

 Flat Rate - Use us for an individual task and pay a one-time price that is set, inclusive of all labour, stationery and operational costs (postage, phone calls etc) to complete the assignment. This rate mainly applies to the more secretarial type services, and is of most benefit to traders and businesses with infrequent requirements.. 

  Hourly Rate - Prices are subject to quotation according to specification of the assignment by the client. We will provide a detailed quotation outlining stationery costs, labour hours and any other operational expenses necessary to complete the assignment. On completion, your invoice will be similarly detailed.

This legal document is designed to protect the interest of both parties, and will detail all contractual obligations in the event of conflict. However, listed below is our fee/payment structure and a guide of the conditions under which we do business.

It is important that the conditions under which we trade with you are clear, and to this effect, all business is conducted subject to the signing of an assignment agreement by both parties.
